I recently got invited to join the Dropbox beta program, and after some use, can say it is an incredibly useful service for archiving projects and keeping files synced between computers. However, some important features are missing, such as being able to choose which folders to use for syncing and changing the default folder location. For this reason alone, I'm still using FolderShare. When Dropbox matures, I'll give it another try.
