Hey Dave. The (d5.) development site is currently another theme I'm working on. That theme gave birth to many of the new features in Framework 1.7, which will be a much better starting point for a theme like yours. What you see at d6. is an early build of Framework 1.7. The Drupal 6 version is not yet ready...
Is this a drupal theme? If yes, how can one get that one? Love it..
Why do you never use ems or percentages as font sizes in your templates? All your themes contain fixed font sizes which make it difficult to gain control over text size for accessibility purposes. Browsers such as IE allow the user the ability to increase font sizes. I highly advise you to take advantage of this :)
